Fantastic customer service! We had a fastener on a 25 year old Downsview cabinet that failed. I contacted Luke and brought the failed piece in. He not only provided the replacement part complementary (life time warranty) but helped install it on the drawer. In the modern retail world It doesn't get better than this.

This is not your average home store, they are a class above. But what's the best is they are one of the friendliest and most professionals ones I have been in. I walked in to check out their cabinets and was walked through by the owner, Glenda. She's a delight, easy to work with and has a good eye for quality. Her assistant took over and was equally as wonderful. Their products are great quality and I would call them luxury for a reasonable price.
