I was charged multiple times for the same bill and as such issues a refund. They continue to call me about the bill, four years ago. I show them they have already been paid and explain the situation. Still get calls everydayThen they reported me to the bureau and my credit dropped 180 points for a bill I’ve already paid.They’re a scam company with no ethics and incompetent reps who cannot keep notes on accounts. They want me to pay the same bill yet again after they’ve ruined my credit over a false report.
