My shower leaked into the lower floor unit due to old caulking in the shower surround. Creative Plumbing CAULKED the shower without removing the old caulking and 8 months later I have the shower leak again. Called Creative Plumbing and was told warranty is only good for 1 month. In addition the plumber arrived late and went to the wrong building for the appointment. Will never use their service again.

the repair guy came and spent about less than 10' on our washing machine, then told my brother that he couldn't fix, that my brother should call another company. Then he charged my brother $160 and the machine still didn't work....
