Very positive experience getting new prescription glasses from the Costco Optical Department in Hawaii Kai. Good selection of frames. Chloe (optician) was very helpful and attentive in helping me choose the frames. The glasses were ready for pick-up 8 days after I ordered them, and Scotty (manager) devoted a lot of time to fitting them to me. Total cost was $90 for the frames plus $133 for the progressive lenses with the usual protective coatings.
The optical Team here are amazing. I got myself some good luck glasses here and they are so nice. The team, specially Scotty and Leslie was very warm and got all my questions answered. The shipping was very quick as well. Thank you Costco Optical Team! Best on island!

Dr. Ron Winkelman is the MVP. The front staff was very nice and flexible when I needed to reschedule same day. Hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever had.
Ron was chill, explained everything without making it complicated, and actually made the whole thing lowkey fun. You can tell he knows his stuff but doesn’t make it all stiff and boring. 10/10 would trust him with my eyeballs again.
