After sustaining injury at my work place, (Workers Compensation case), I greatly benefited from weekly massage at Therapeutic Touch of Health prescribed by my doctor. I was looking forward each week to the relief of pain as not just the injured area was addressed but the referred pain as well. Cindy Ogata is amazing!! Came here for a WC injury and she helped with my pain. I tried PT and I have NEVER gotten a massage before, and I was kind of hesitant. But she reassured me it would be up to me on how much pressure is used and if I have any questions. My first appointment was in the first week of December and I've been seeing her once a week. And so far, I feel better than when I started. I'm so happy my Doctors recommended her.
