I wanted to give a shoutout to Alisa for being a bomb esthetician. She's really courteous and does a great job on waxing. I'd be looking ridiculous if it weren't for her. She makes you feel like you're greatest self and I think that's one of the best things you can get out of a service like this. She's also SUPER communicative. Seriously, I suck at communicating - my friends can attest to that. But Alisa is so responsive and on it, she really makes you feel like your business matters to her. I actually followed her from another company because she is so worth it. And I love where she works now! Boldface has such a cool ambiance and the location is pretty convenient. I haven't met the boss before but she seems to treat her employees so well. And I want to support businesses like that. I've been doing my eyebrows with Ashley for years now. the salon is beautifully chic and exceptional clean and sanitized. they also do eyelash extensions and lash lifts all at affordable $. I highly recommend them.
I have had lashes, eyebrows threaded and my legs waxed. Awesome service all round. It was so easy to book, I had to change my time and this was not a problem. They were very accommodating. As someone who doesn’t do this often the girls were fantastic and explained everything. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.
