Huge shoutout to Jon, the massage therapist! I came in extremely stiff and sore from my recent workouts and happened to find Walea’s monthly massage special. I like that they offer rotating specials for both massages and nail services (I will be coming back later this month for a nail service and hope it also exceeds expectations!)
Parking was hard to find in the A'alii building where they recommend you to park, but it wasn't that much of a problem because I was able to park in the Ward shopping center parking lot right across of the Whole Foods- a decent amount of parking and a close walk to the salon. I wouldn't say that this place is cheap, but they do a good job.
Excellent quality gel nails that last 4 weeks+. The monthly design specials are the best! Pre-set intricate designs each month but you are allowed to change the base colors to suit your preference. The salon ambiance is calm, immaculately clean and it is well ventilated so there are no chemical odors. All the nail technicians are very highly skilled and extremely friendly!
