I was initially surprised that this office doesn’t have much of an online presence—no website, limited Yelp activity, etc. But after visiting, I actually think that’s a testament to how good they are. It’s clear they get referrals the old-fashioned way, because the office has been busy both times I’ve gone in. Despite that, everything runs smoothly, and I never felt rushed. The doctor took plenty of time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!).

I kept having numbness and tingling in my right arm for the past 4 years. . . been to other chiropractors, PT, massage etc. and nothing seemed to help. Thought I'd try Awakuni as my friend and her family see him, and so glad I did! Doc took x-rays and pointed out the issues in my neck causing the problem. I was given stretches to do at home and a treatment plan. 6 months later, here I am with little to no issues with the numbness. It does flare up occasionally, and when it does, a trip to see Doc Awakuni straightens it right up. I have to add, I appreciate the affordability of his treatments as well. This updated review is long overdue! This is the place to go to! First off, Lisa is great! She manages this clinic like a fine tuned machine! Dr.Awakuni is amazing. He can "see" things that you aren't even aware of. He explains the process and will give you a forecast of what to expect. He also explains what you can do to keep the problem from reoccurring. What a great place! I've recommended many people and they all agree! Highly recommend!
