I found Amy at this "if you don't know it's here, you'll never find it" place next to Lin's Lei Shop on the Diamond Head side of Maunakea St. Amy is there on Tuesday and Saturday, so scoring an appointment can be challenging. She is personable, fast and professional... everything I look for ... stay away, I don't want to fight too many people for an appointment. :p

This business is run by owner herself so very safe during COVID. First time having haircut by Amy. I highly recommend her for affordable price and wonderful job at cutting my hair. Her salon is very clean. You can feel safe having your haircut here because she keeps salon very clean. By appointment only. Give her a try!

I was a bit sceptical at first but the hair stylist, "Amy" is very nice and speaks decent English. For a one person shop, she runs it quite well, my haircut consisted of a few trims for the style I was going for, and then ended with me getting highlights in there. Overall, she is very good at what she does and should be recognized as such, I have been to barbers around the island since I'm a former military member and many of them have messed a simple haircut up consistently, she makes up the few good ones around this island.
