A big Thank You to Apex physical therapy. Shawna is a gem. Highly professional, very clear to understand, helps to keep you accountable, and really personalises her services to the individual client. I came away with some lifelong tips on how to better go about my posture and approach to exercise and stretching. In the office, Evan was also really helpful and very personable. Shawna is the best! Very personable but more importantly knowledgeable of injury and process in which it takes to recover. It is also comforting when your appointment is one on one time and you’re not in an environment with many other people like at other PT establishments. I highly recommend Apex!!
Having been diagnosed with rotator cuff tears to my shoulder my range of movement was diminishing and the pain was increasing. Shawna understood that I needed to get back to paddling asap (more for my sanity). She designed a home plan that along with my regular visits worked a treat and enabled me to paddle the whole racing season as well as internationally. Very professional and personable. Thank you.
