I was shopping for a new fragrance just before store closing the other day, and was graciously helped by Cassey. I described to her what scent notes I like and what scent I wear most of the time, and she quickly gave me 3 different scents that were right in line with what I am looking for. It's hard to decide on a fragrance with all the competing fragrances in the area; I like to wear the fragrance for a while - an hour or so - before I decide. I don't understand the bad reviews! I have had many positive experiences here. I have had many pants shortened, paying the going rate for pants bought outside of Nordstrom. They are quite creative too, as I had a pair of pants that couldn't be shortened from the bottom because of a design on the pants. So the seamstress made 2 horizontal pleats below the knee (to shorten the length). The pleats went well with the overall design of the fancy jeans. That cost about $15 (about the same price for a simple shortening). I also had a thin, delicate sweater that I had snagged with a ring! An expensive sweater at that!
