got a long great with the client. But the management in the office sucked. I did the scheduling for the employees and when short handed the operations manager who was a former field supervisor would not do anything to assist me in satisfying the Client by staffing me adequately, majority of the field supervisor were ok except for Hank, the other operations managers not assigned to me understood my situation. I would give zero stars if I could. I pushed my sister due to her being physically Disabled through TSA and to her gate due to not having enough Guest Services personnel to do it. As we passed through the security screening; I pushed her out of the way of the belt as I waited our bags to make room for others. This security person tells her to get up and move out of the way completely and she tells him she’s not physically able and he continues to agree with her. I approach with half of our things and tell him I’ll move her once I get those things out of my hands.
