He's extremely courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and has years of experience with glasses. He was able to get me the latest progressive transition lenses that suit my needs. We went through the insurance coverages slowly and methodically, so I understood exactly what I was getting and what my copay was.

Such a generous person! My glasses that I purchased from him about 2 years ago had the nose piece break off. I called him and he said, no problem, come anytime and he'll fix it for me. I did and not only did he replace the broken one, he also replaced the other side that was still attached, and he didn't charge me for it! Truly a generous person! Thank you for your great customer service and generosity! I will surely go back when I need new glasses!!
