So I had an issue with my Jeep when shipping from the mainland, battery was dead and the port couldn't get it running to go on the barge to Hilo. On a Wednesday at noon, they were done within a few hours.
They got me hooked up and taken care of all over the phone, went to the port got my Jeep running, could not have been a bigger help!
