Pacific Auto helped repair my car (Toyota Corolla) on multiple occasions, across multiple years. They are always reliable, considerate, very helpful, and understanding. They go above and beyond to ensure that the repair goes well. The quality of the repair is always good, and the quality of service is also really good. They make the repair process really easy, and go out of their way to save my time and resource. My insurer is Geico, and I had no issue working with Pacific Auto on multiple repairs. AMAZING staff!! I called, told me to come in and 2 mins later they’re helping me already. I came in because my car’s bumper shield is loose and hanging. They told me they’ll be able to fix that day.Waited for 5 mins and told me they’ll do it for FREE. This is unheard of. I’ve dreaded to fix this because typically auto repairs/body shop tries to get as much as the can from you. Especially when you’re a girl.Very professional, friendly, and honest. A+++Two ladies in the office are amazing!!
