They are super quick, super communicative, and the technicians I've dealt with (2 occasions in ~2 months) have all been super friendly and knowledgeable. The office is quick to respond and schedule, and I appreciate the text system so I can get a heads up of when the technicians will be arriving. We had a clogged sanitary line and put in a ticket on Sunday night. Monday morning at 7:30 AM they got back to us for an appointment that day! Sam and Johnny cleared the clog and reinstalled the toilet in no time. Everyone was really nice and professional.

I'm renovating a bathroom and my general contractor told me my water shut-off valve was frozen and needed to be replaced. I called 535 Plumbing and they had technicians Jay and Ridge come out to my home within 2 days. First, the office staff at 535 are awesome. They kept in constant communication with me and gave me rough estimates since a technician hadn't seen the issues in person, only from photos I sent though text.
