I was initially scheduled for fumigation with another company, but the wait was almost a year out! I called Pacific Termite (Veteran's Termite) and they were able to schedule fumigation earlier. There were a few glitches initially with getting the estimate (person didn't show up when scheduled, but I suspect it was because the person couldn't find my house and the phone number was incorrect....communication with the person at the office who took my call was also lacking). However, Kandy (who followed up with scheduling, etc) was AWESOME and very responsive to emails/calls.

Veterans termite control is highly recommended. Owner Kaeo is professional and local. His crew is awesome, kind and reliable. My home is rid of crawling kritters of all kinds. I will be calling them back in 5-7 years or earlier if I see new droppings.

Mahalo to the team that came to Captain Cook to tent our house. They were professional and personable. Called to tell us that they were in the vicinity (punctual) both on setup and removal days. Visit started with a team leader walk-through to make sure that everything was properly prepped while the rest of the guys got on with the tenting. Also noted a couple of issues on our roof which we need to address. Everyone was focused, but they worked with a smile and engaged the homeowners in light conversation. Highly recommend.
