Heather from Santosha was recommended to me by a friend. I booked an appointment for a long overdue cut. Heather reviewed the pictures that I brought and she was instrumental in helping me decide on a final style. After the initial cut I decided to go a bit shorter. Heather happily made the adjustments. I entered Santosha looking like an aging long haired fraggle, and left looking and feeling wonderful. Thank you Alex, your extra time and care really was appreciated. You did a beautiful job blending my grays, and making me feel my age instead of my hair color?

Kristi was very nice but she does not do well with a balayage. I asked for a balayage, showed her a picture of my hair from a year ago, and asked for a nice face framing. She couldn’t gauge for the color I showed her that I wanted. I ended up going home with bright brassy hair. I asked to go back the next day but she couldn’t take me in until 1.5 weeks from my original appointment. Even then, when I went in for the second appointment, she still didn’t get my color right. She had to put toner in a third time but she had a client lined up already so I ended up having to go home and washing the toner off myself. The face framing that she did was not a face framing at all. It looked like highlights all over my bangs. She’s really not a good colorist at all. But I mean, what can I expect for Hawaii.

Heather is amazing and I always leave absolutely loving my hair! The atmosphere is wonderful with a great view of Hilo and a pleasant ocean breeze the two times I’ve gone.Service: Haircut

Awful costumer service. Made me feel completely unwelcome and belittled me even though I clearly and courteously stated what I wanted done. Will absolutely not be going back.
