This was my first time getting a massage, and I was feeling pretty apprehensive. I'm used to my muscle tightness going away on its own, but when my neck pain wouldn’t let up, a friend recommended Nancy. Nancy was able to fit me in within two days, and her warm, inviting nature immediately put me at ease. I booked a 60-minute medical massage focused on the pain in my neck and shoulder. Her experience was clear in every movement. When asked, she was able to tell me exactly which muscle group she was targeting and why. The results were almost immediate—my pain went from a 7 down to a 2. I highly recommend.
While I was out of town, I was looking for a Craniosacral massage therapist and was fortunate to come across Nancy, who managed to fit me in the very next day. I booked a Craniosacral and Reiki massage combo, and I'm so glad I did. For me, a great massage therapist isn’t just about following a standard routine but really having the ability to intuitively "listen" to the body and respond to what it needs. Nancy did exactly that. She was also incredibly thorough in explaining the process, which instantly put me at ease and made me feel truly understood.
Nancy worked my whole body with her VERY strong hands. She got deep into areas that were needing some work. I highly recommend her services. She's kind, soft spoken and I was gifted the cutest bag of goodies. Her studio is welcoming, clean and very professional as well as being conveniently located in Hilo.
