Kaylee is simply splendid. She did an amazing wax job on me, made me feel comfortable, and totally professional. I am so glad I decided to come here! I will be returning regularly for maintenance. My eyebrows are perfect, exactly what I wanted them to look like. Natural and clean. Thank you!

I had the best massage ever by Blaize Morningstar. Years, months, days and hours of tension melted away...I suffer from migraines, and after my massage, my pre-migraine symptoms went away. I feel like she put maximum effort into helping me heal on so many levels! I'm so grateful! Mermade spa is a beautiful,relaxing and healing environment with a pretty view of the hilo bay ❤️❤️ I'll be going back regularly 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Iris listens and comes up with custom care and products for her clients. The session takes about an hour and is indulgent and relaxing. Iris is attentive, personable and thoroughly addresses all issues. I just LOVE the spray on moisturizer she custom mixed for my 64 year young skin. I can return the clean, sterilized spray bottle for refills which so jives with my determination to strive for zero waste.My face looked radiant after the session with her.
