Pono and gang did an awesome job installing my new Ultimate Off-Grid system, the SolArk has been running beautifully. Very knowledgeable and willing to show and explain what I was seeing. Even got my beast of a generator tied in and running on auto.
This company has given me the best service I have ever had in 22 years on the island. They came out on the same day I had a problem the 1st time I called them and were so reasonable. Unlike many other tradesmen they did not add a trip charge or a consultation fee in addition to the work. I have had them come twice more and they always get here very quickly within a day or 2, and charged the same each time. I highly recommend them. I think because they are so reasonable with genuinely skilled electricians, they had to redo jobs I previously paid another less skilled tech to do) they are getting very popular so may take a little more time to schedule. My Off-Grid Solar setup was installed by Mattos Electric in 2017. Great crew and very reliable on time. No mess after installation and everything they did was cleaned up by them. Later down, I had problem with my water pump shutting off when I powered on my garbage disposal. Called them up, and Justin came and adjusted the Mate 3 controller panel. Had a problem recently where my plug socket all of sudden didn't work. Talked with Jayson and he sent Justin to come check and repair. My house is an older home, so Justin found many of the outlets were worn and frail. He changed them and also checked other plugs in the house that may need changing.
