TI have had my 32 panel solar system for about 7 years. The salesman was great- always responsive and helpful. He no longer works for the company and they are completely unresponsive. I reached out to them after I discovered only half of my panels were producing and it had been going on for many months. They did not answer my calls, they did not respond to my emails. I had to contact the mainland company- Enphase and they gave me a few suggestions that I could try myself. I copied their email to the local people and they finally responded. I have had many contacts with this company via housing projects I have worked at in Hilo during the last 5 years. They were always very prompt and extremely informative about their installations. They came whenever they were called and was often answering questions for us on other companies installs that we were having problems with and never charged us for it. I was so impressed with this company, I hired them to install solar on my new home in 2013. I have never had any problems with their installs or services.
