Stay away. Friendly only to new patients . Rude and unprofessional. Nom clinical staff doesn’t keep to commitments. I’ve had to get on them about refill rx multiple times and I strictly followed their policy.

This is the staff at Linden Family Medicine Clinic. These reviews are negative because we wouldn't prescribe them the narcotics or large quantity of medication they wanted and were very difficult patients to deal with. We even suggested that they should look for care elsewhere, and one of the reviewers was never seen in this clinic. The name of the clinic is in HONOR of Dr Linden, who was the original physician of this business. THIS CLINIC DOES NOT PRESCRIBE NARCOTICS.

I am a New client of this medical office. I was seen on July 7th. It is July 29. My doctor sent all my necessary paperwork from his office in Utah to them on July 8th. 21 days later and I still have zero medication. Not even my estrogen. They collected my money. I paid for services but have yet to recieve any. Over 3 weeks. Dr.Badgley is fantasticLove him!! Just not sure that the staff is paying attention to the fact they work at a medical clinic. Patients go to you to be taken care of. We are sick. We need care. We dont come to the Dr to pay outrageous bills for nothing. Come on ladies you've had my records for 21 days. You dont think you couldve given to the dr. Now Im once again 5 days before the end of my pills with no medication. You think full bladder failure, gastroparesis and ulcerative colitis would get you some medical care. But it didnt. Im the one doing all the calling. I had to call my Utah Dr to prove to The Linden Clinic that they recieved records. They told me they never received them. Lie. They recieved them via fax from my Utah Dr on July 8. They've been doing NOTHING. Not one prescription has been called in. Im very unhappy. I have had horrible medical service in Hawaii. When a person goes to your clinic ladies they are there to be taken care of. Your supposed to provide a service. What did you provide.? You didnt even weigh me. Thanks for nothing.
