Nick and his team helped build my new house in Hawaii and it was a wonderful experience. I was completely remote for most of the time, but JET kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. Nick is very patient and helpful, and I am very happy with the whole process.

Jet Builders (JET) built a plantation-style farm home for us on 5 acres near Pepeekeo, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the end result. We had owned the raw land for a while, brought plans from our architect, and JET handled everything from permitting to site work to full construction.

Nick and the JET team communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process, which was especially important because we were living on the mainland in Washington State for part of the build. Even from thousands of miles away, we always felt informed and confident that the project was being managed well.

Jet Builders did a superb job constructing our custom home on the Big Island. The communication with the contractor was always informative and helpful. The subcontractors were spot on. Everything was finished on time and under budget. A year later the house continues to impress us with its solid construction. We were glad we contacted them and were able to take advantage of their skill and experience in construction on the Big Island and East Hawaii.
