Shirnel was amazing. I immediately felt welcomed and like I was a regular or a friend even tho it was my first time ever meeting her (she has a one of a kind personality). She was so knowledgeable from start to end. She explained everything as she went and made me feel informed and comfortable and made sure I understood what she was doing and her safety precautions. She has a medical degree so she gave such insightful yet understandable information throughout the entire process. She really took her time and didnt rush a step. Shirnel has been my go to for my eye brows ,lips, and botox for the past 5 years. She personable and extremely skilled. Retention is amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better permanent make up artist. Thanks girl for dealing with my crazy flair ups ??
