A big shout out to our multi-talented shirnel @ ink aesthetics big island, shirnel did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, I never thought my eyebrows were fixable, after consultation i was excited there was hope. My first appt she concentrated on the areas that had bad scaring, when she was done, i couldent believe what i saw omg NO scarring, the cover up was fantastic I cannot thank her enough for her excellent service, not to mention her right hand girl nani, not only does nani take care of my after care, & my appointments she also has these acai berry bowls thats so delicious and refreshing, perfect snack for after my brow appointment. I had such an amazing experience with Shirnel and her aesthetic services. What I appreciated the most was not only the treatments, but the “why” behind everything she does. She takes the time to explain what is happening with your skin, why certain treatments work, what she can do to help, and most importantly how you can maintain and care for your results at home.
I truly value her honesty. She doesn’t overpromise, tell you what you want to hear, or pretend there is some magic quick fix. She is realistic and thorough about the process and what it takes to get results.

I had no idea what to expect but I knew that my brows were a huge source of insecurity- I need to be confident on camera and with strangers for my job and I was far from confident. During my appointment I was so well cared for & even pampered. every single step was talked through BEFORE it happened. I really felt seen and safe. This women is an expert- you got questions she's got answers. Every single one of my questions and concerns was taken seriously. Well, I'm so damn happy about the outcome. I very highly recommend this business.
