Exceptional service and compassionate care! Dr. Strong was able to squeeze me in for an urgent appointment, which I greatly appreciated. She walked me through what to expect with NCR and performed the procedure better than I’ve ever had it done before. She was calm, kind, and gentle. Truly grateful for her and Britney at the front desk for all they did to help me get in for the appointment.

Dr. Strong is an excellent natural health care practitioner. I've been taking my daughter for her physical exams for several years and am grateful for her care. We are fortunate to have her in Hilo! I also love the front desk staff - always helpful and even let me pick up extra supplements - appreciate that convenience!

Doc Sarah is a FIND. I won't knock traditional medicine - but I do know, in my experience, it can be limited to medicating the symptoms without really examining the causes, and can feel like a patchwork of specialty folks who don't always see the whole picture. At Hilo Natural, I've found a practitioner with both a breadth and depth of experience in treating the whole human. Doc Sarah combines comprehensive lab work, lifestyle factors, supplements, and has been able to help me make progress with some thyroid and lab issues (and also more physio-related issues foot and shoulder pain) with a combination of nutrient support, medication, and interventions like prolon therapy (really helpful for chronic plantar fasciitis.) Also, she's really, really dang smart - and a compassionate guide thru what has been a difficult entry into my 40s. The office is run as a tight ship - which I realize is unusual for an area in which 'business hours' are often a loose approximation and the general standard of responsiveness and timeliness is WELL below average. Basically, you get San Francisco Bay Area level care, follow-up, and appointment management here - so if you are prone to the generally lackadaisical island approach to things, this may not be a fit. For those accustomed to a 'laid back approach' (read: not respectful of time and about a decade behind in innovation) - this place will come as a bit of a jolt. As someone who values innovation, results, responsiveness- and respects my own time and that of other people - this clinic is perfect as both my go-to for integrative treatment and as my PC doc. These folks won't keep you waiting or offer anything but the latest in education, utmost in professionalism and of-the-moment treatment- so return the favor and be on time, do your homework, and get results.

Dr strong is a great practitioner, however the reception grumpy lady was absolutely HORRENDOUS to deal with! Very sad, miserable person that has absolutely zero empathy for kind customers. A robot would do a better job than her! we were late by 7 minutes as we had to turn around to get our wallet. We kindly called the office to let her know we may be just 5 minutes behind, but her love for righteousness and need to be in control sent us right back where we were coming from, 45 minutes away to be precise. Aren't we glad we lost 1.5H of our valuable time with my beloved to try and spend our money with a business who is clearly more busy "training" their clients to be on time rather than actually CARING for them. Truth is, she spent 5 minutes lecturing us about her useless protocol, when were here for a simple B12 injection, a 3 min job! Did I mentioned the center was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY? Absolutely grotesque. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place, they don't make feel you welcome whatsoever. I suggest this receptionist apprentice to change career ASAP.

I came for a set of b12 shots & though the doctor was nice the woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude & dementor. I was running late for my last appointment, called the office to give them the heads up and they told me if I was 10 minutes late they would not be able to preform the appointment. We rushed to make it, getting there 6 minutes late, with 4 minutes to do our appointment, and instead of being a compassionate human and letting me take the appointment she decided to just argue with me in an EMPTY office, & would not let me get the shot which literally takes two minutes. Where I come from it’s important to take care of our clients & work with them if you can tell they truly have a good heart, rushed an hour to get there, called to tell us where they were, still made it during their appointment time, and the office was COMPLETELY empty - I would have never turned them down.Super disappointment to see how they handle their customers and the women at the front desk needs a serious personality check. Unprofessional.

I received 4 treatments of balloon sinuplasty from doctor Strong. At each visit, this included light body work before, and a full review of my health and equilibrium. She instills confidence in her expertise and my results have been profound. Breathing and sleeping better. Better balance.
