Wendy is amazing. I totally expected to have a horrible experience but she was very personable and helped me to feel comfortable. And the procedure itself was 100x better than I expected. I will definitely go back and see her again.

Wendy is very professional and overall fantastic! Not only did she do a great job, but she's very polite and easy to talk to and the environment was nice and comfortable. Everything was very sanitary as well which is so important when doing waxing. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to explain to me how everything would be done and asked me about my preferences along the way to make sure it was how i had wanted. As for pain I was expecting it to be quite painful but it really wasn't bad at all. In the past I had a reaction to the wax i had used but she uses a honey wax which she told me is the least likely for anyone to have an allergy to. Her pricing is also...read full review

Wendy is excellent...SUPERB and I'm too grateful for her skills! Hilo Bay Facial & Spa is seriously the only place on the island I will get waxed! My rating breakdown: First STAR is for PROFESSIONALISM! Just like finding a doctor that fits the bill Wendy is caring and actually takes the time to know and understand you as a client: your likes and dislikes, makes you break down specifically what it is you want so to give you what you want.
