Adele will welcome you into her skills one step at a time. No session is like the other. It is not a routine, but a listening exercise were we both, as a team, actively listen to my body and heal it.

I'm really hesitant to share this review on what I would prefer to keep secret, but I am all for supporting Adele, so the secret is out. She's great! Like I tell her, I don't know how but she just knows. She's totally attuned to the body and making her way to the root cause of all the tension. SHE JUST KNOWS. Each session is always time well spent (pun intended:).
