One thing that I've noticed that others haven't mentioned yet is service after the sale. Our system is a bit long in the tooth at this point - 10+ years old - and it's starting to show signs of wear.
The unit in the master bedroom began leaking profusely indoors due to the high humidity. I called Mitch to ask for advice. He told me what to do to prevent further damage and said that someone would be there tomorrow to fix this.

I was worried I was going to need to replace my outdoor condenser unit because it was so rusted out.the fan was clanging making a huge racket.
Jose got things fixed up for me so I can keep going on the same unit for a good while to come.
