First time at the Hilo location. Dr.Weiner was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He got done in minutes what multiple other Dr visits over the past years did not, which is diagnose, hand me the referral paperwork and provide any and all info I needed to know. Quick, easy, and pleasant all around. This was the best family health appointment I've had on island in 9 years. Thank you!

This doctors place is the worst ever. Their directions to their office are unclear as there is two Hilo Family Health locations. I was sent to the wrong one and then once I go to the right one they refused to see my daughter and refused to give me any sort of note excusing her from school or me from work and did not care about her conditions or anything. 15 min late and their fault …Absolutely worse I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Most of the staff is great and sweet... only thing that makes no sense is the time you wait for the doctor to come in. And sees you for 3-5 min, waited over a hours to see my doctor.What is a point of scheduling someone if you can't even get them to leave your office under an hour, especially with the pandemic going up and down, you would think the time you spend in the clinc should as little as possible, am I wrong? Anyway thank you to the friendly nurses and front desk people for great service. Doctors figure your time management out.
