This nail shop had employees that were rushed and distant. The customer service was lacking and felt forced. I asked for a hand file for my acrylic manicure and they said no and acted like it was not possible. She didn't listen to me or give me time to decide on my style of pink and whites. I got the hombre while looked nice but the nails were way too thick for new nails. The woman who did the pedicure barely applied pressure at all for my leg massage. I asked for more and she shook her head no. The salons I'm used to would do some callus removal as part of the pedicure but this one wanted $10 extra. I made a mistake and tried press-on nails for the first time. After doing everything I could to take them off at home, a trip to another salon, I went here. They took me right before closing. Hanh was extremely patient with me, checking to make sure I was okay, got them off quickly with no pain and it wasn't expensive. Life saver. She took extra steps to file my nails afterwards and they look better than they did before I put on the nails, so thankful

I am an 88year male who has never used the services of a nail spa. But, because taking care of my toenails has become more and more difficulty as I approached the ninth decade, I decided to try one out. A friend who helps a Vietnam veteran who lost a leg as a result of his service recommended Alyss' so I decided to try it out. My appointed was made for a 9 AM for just nail cutting and filing.
