They were very accommodating given the time sensitive treatment for my daughter and facilitated the coordinating process with our orthodontist 🦷 😁. Very friendly staff and made my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Rella and the hygienist went above and beyond. In fact I made an appointment for myself. I am also going to ask about switching the whole family with them! Thank you!!!
the time I made my appointment until I walked out with the receipt in my hand, I knew this was the place for me. Walking in even gave me warm fuzzies.. no kidding, at a dental office! Everyone I interacted with at this office was caring and kind. I had a bad experience with another dentist in December and was dreading going for a cleaning because it would be painful and I knew the work I had done previously was going to mean bad news for me. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case yesterday. KJ listened to my concerns, was very gentle, and made me comfortable through a pretty rough cleaning. I wanted to hug her when I left but that seemed a little creepy so I’ll probably send her a thank you note instead. Dr. Bond came in to talk about the issues I was experiencing and he and his team are going to float in and save the day. I’m going back in a couple of weeks to have the original (sub stellar) work redone, the right way this time, and am actually looking forward to my next visit. I am so glad I found this office and will be singing them praises for a long time
