Malik fixed my damaged phone today. (It had been run over by a car.) VERY helpful. VERY courteous. VERY knowledgeable. Quick turn-around, maybe 2 hours. The other employee, Marcus, is equally as good. VERY courteous, professional, knowledgeable as well. Marcus has fixed my phone before. I've recommended this place (Woodstock GA location) to others many times.

People were great but they were not able to repair the phone. When they returned it, they told me that the power button would not work but it did work at the store when I dropped it off. Now, I cannot not transfer the phone to a new phone and my wife will lose data, pics, etc... If they could not repair it, they should have said so and not try to do something that was above their capabilities. They said that this happens sometimes but that they could not fix it, so why is the store called ubreakIfix,

Very unprofessional, walked into the store and the employee started promoting his music instead of doing his job. When they "fixed" my cracked screen, the phone was super scratched. 2 months later the screen literally came off the frame of the phone, had to get it fixed at another store.

Derek helped us out a lot. I brought in my Xbox one x in and they couldn’t fix it but he helped me the best he could, gave me a lot of good advice and helped me even tho they couldn’t fix the issue. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely bring whatever device I have issues with next here

They can fix anything......except my computer apparently I dropped it off 9 days ago and haven't got so much as even a phone call about its status since and when I call they give me some stupid excuse and tell me they will call me tomorrow which of course they never do what a joke just keep the darn thing I've already got a new one anyways thanks for staying in contact lol

I had my screen replaced here a few months back and today it started being unresponsive. I took it in and they quickly replaced the screen and it's back to being like new!

Wonderful experience! They got my part in and only took about 15 minutes and my camera lens/backing is like new! Ery nice people. Thanks again!

Very nice staff. Got the cracked screen fixed fast and on time. However the touch on the screen didn't work rights. When I came back they said I need to talk to me phone company and get another appointment.
