The mold inspection was very professional and thorough. I had an AC drain line leak and wanted to check for mold. Now I have documentation to prove it did not produce any mold- thanks to the thorough job done by MIT.

I had a problem, and a sales manager (Taylor) came to my home to give me an estimate. Instead, he did a detailed inspection. He explained that I didn't need waterproofing and gave me some good advice on how to fix the problem - without selling me anything. Honest and professional. I didn't need them this time, but I will definitely use Tri-State if I have a problem in the future.

SHORT STORY: Hire Tri-State Waterproofing. I am sooo happy I did!! Everybody at Tri-State was simply FANTASTIC to work with. Ben came out and gave me a no-pressure estimate. Tri-State is family owned and operated. Everybody who works for them has been an employee of Tri-State for 15+ years. That says a lot, if you ask me. Their pricing was fabulous. Working with Amber in the office to get scheduled could not have been more simple. And then when Lalo and Andrew's crew came out to do the installation... it was phenomenal!
