I had a problem, and a sales manager (Taylor) came to my home to give me an estimate. Instead, he did a detailed inspection. He explained that I didn't need waterproofing and gave me some good advice on how to fix the problem - without selling me anything. Honest and professional. Working with Amber in the office to get scheduled could not have been more simple. And then when Lalo and Andrew's crew came out to do the installation... it was phenomenal! They were so sweet and respectful of my home. They arrived on time, did a truly amazing job, and cleaned everything up neat and tidy. The work was done perfectly. Seriously - it was all top notch. I would recommend Tri-State to anybody and everybody. They are the BEST.
