My husband and I just closed on our first home yesterday thanks to Dale Clay and the Wolf Team. Dale was such a rockstar during the entire process! She was so patient with us as we moved through both the house hunting and buying processes and went above and beyond time and time again to make sure we found the home we were looking for. She knows the business well, was always easy to reach, and was a massive help and resource to us during the overwhelming and stressful process that is buying a house. I am very pleased with the Wolf team. Stephanie Wolf-Richardson and Bob Wolf are wonderful. They helped me through the whole process from beginning to end. I am disabled and had trouble getting to the closing so Stephanie picked me up and took me to closing. That was truly going the extra mile to help me. It was a better sweet sale for me and they helped me through it all I could have not signed with a better team. My house had two offers in just 5 days! Very smooth sale.
I enjoyed working with Bob Wolf and his team. It was a joy to work with people that were never too busy to answer a question and/or supply a solution.
Stephanie and the photographer were great. They showed my home with the best pictures and description.
