I love the CFY! I especially like the women's class on Monday's, lot's of personal attention which helps to get into or maintain the right pose and avoid getting hurt! I have never been injured doing yoga for over 14 years. I have been absent from class with Beth due to health issues and look forward to joining her class again on Monday nights. The studio is immaculate and very peaceful. Love The Center for Yoga!

Excellent yoga experience. Did a drop in class for $17.00 and it was well worth it! Very comfortable atmosphere and wonderful instructor. Othene, the owner, will walk you through each pose so this is great for beginners! I highly recommend this studio!
