Terminus did an excellent job on our roof. The highlight of the experience was working with Jon Casales, a true professional who balanced the best interests of the company and the customer and pursued those goals with determination. Our USAA adjuster, who spent time on the roof with Jon, told us he had never met a more knowledgeable representative. Jon impressed him and us throughout the project. The crew was quick, courteous, thorough, and left the property spotless. With their integrity, efficiency, excellent cleanup, and friendly service, Terminus is a company I recommend without hesitation.
Nick was very easy to work with and very professional. The quote was affordable and he went ahead and preemptively fixed a few things on the roof that had a chance of failing in the future at no additional cost. Overall I highly recommend Terminus and will call them again if I ever have another issue.
