I had an appointment with zuri at 12:30pm I got there at 12:20 so I waited for her but she took to long tht Cindy had to put me with a Chinese guy I don't know his name he was being very rude with me just because I told him nicely tht I dint like the shape of my nails, he was doing the 3D flower tht I ask for soo ugly,so I told him to take it off and I decided to just do simple French since he wasn't doing anything right, he just rudely took the ugly flower he did and called Cindy and told her tht I was just changing my mind and then he stared to talk in his lenguaje a lot of shit tht really piss me off but I just don't said anything. Cindy tried to fix the shape and did my French nails. I definitely don't recommend this place

So, I needed a new nail place to go and decided to walk in since it said "walk is welcome” on their front door. It’s not really busy so I sit and wait. I don't know which is gel or SNS because I'm new here, so I don't pick a color. I wait ...15minutes pass no one greets me they just continue. I work in customer service so I'm very polite and I'm pretty patient, but 15 minutes and not even a hello..? Finally a worker gets up to get something and just gives me side eye and says nothing and continues. Oh no ma'am I just walked out lol. DO NOT bother coming here. Weird nasty vibe here. There are plenty of nail places that will greet you with open arms lol. Do better on customer service ladies and gents that work here. Thank youuu (Also left this review on yelp)

Seriously one of the best places in Woodstock to get your nails done. Cindy, the owner is so nice! Gabby always does my nails and they turn out perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. Everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and I’ve never not once felt rushed or ripped off. The prices are reasonable and depend on what you get done (SNS, gel, design etc.) but I’ve never felt like it was *too* expensive. Even with inflation, they keep their customers in mind.
Not only that, but I’ve been going here for 2+ years and the staff at Spa Nails are treated so well by the owner. Her staff comes first. They feel like a family and almost every single time I’ve been in there, Cindy is in there working side by side with her staff. If they are really busy, Cindy will often step in and take the next person in line so that the staff can spend individual time with each customer and they never rush.
If you don’t like the design or the way your nails look, they are always more than happy to accommodate you.
Having a disability, I often feel judged by nail salons because it’s not easy for me to get a pedicure, but I have never once felt judged. When I said that my ankle was acting up and I couldn’t bend it like normal, no one even batted an eye and they brought over a pillow to prop my foot up and the most they said was “it’s not a big deal.” Almost made me cry happy tears. This place is amazing!

I hate to leave this review, but in times like this where people are struggling financially and beauty services are becoming a luxury and not a necessity I feel I have to. I have been coming to this salon since it was next door. Frequently my appointments were canceled bc my favorite nail tech at the time had classes and would cancel when she had exams. Being all for advancement and not wantint to hold it against the shop I decided to give them another chance once the location moved next door.
Since then, I have been a faithful customer for over a year. Never late and even if my tech runs behind I never complain. Found a new nail tech who is great by the way, so this is not directed at her because I understand she does not make the prices, BUT I do wish I was quoted how much my nails would be at the new prices before I cashed out since it seems prices have changed.
I received a $85 breakdown for a barely medium set of french tips nails. (For my nail girls I can ball my hand into a fist so you know my nails arent that long). Normally, I pay that much for the longer length I get. The breakdown was explained to me as followed from my memory ( set $50, colored powder $10, shape $10, deep french $15) . Lets note * No one can walk out the door with just glued on unshaped acrylic nails * so it seems now that the shop is charging for every thing. I was honestly so shocked I had to repeat the total 3 times and verbalized to my tech I normally pay maybe $70, $80 the absolute most with my longer sets. I'm simple and get the same thing ALWAYS so I know.
Trust me when I say I understand goods are more expensive. A lot of ppl don't want to return to work and wages need to be increased. It's a tough double edge sword BUT to loyal clients that are coming to spend their hard earned money they should have the courtesy to know prices have increased when they sit down, not at the regrister. Still tipped my tech but VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Edit Response to owner: I will say this bc it's no point in going back and forth. Idc about other shops in the area. I was loyal and drove 30 minutes each way out of my city to see my nail tech. To LOYAL CLIENTS THE COURTEOUS thing to do is to inform them that the prices have increased. That's it. Nothing more nothing less.

Way more pricey than I expected, but I think it’s because I don’t know much about nails..

I received a gift card for Spa nails and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in Cindy, the owner was very sweet and took the time to make sure I was happy with my nails. Her salon is also so cute and inviting. I will definitely be back!Services: Dip powder
