Kay and all the staff are very experienced and do the best work in Ga. I love going there because I always get great results. Prices are affordable and not so inflated like other spas.

horrible company! bought gift cards valuing over $100 that they will not honor. Serenity went bankrupt and now Beau Haney is the new owner who will also not honor the gift cards. Horrible customer service... do not go to ALSA medical Spa or Serenity! They even scheduled me an appointment, and then cancelled it in mothers day. Rudest group of people I haveever dealt with! I work for a facial plastic surgeon.. You would think they would want my customer satisfaction.

I used to have porcelain skin and would get comments daily about how beautiful it was. I am 43 and have Rosacea. I've had it since my late 20's. I take an antibiotic daily to keep the flare-ups down. My face had become so red and splotchy and my nose had started getting a little bit bulbous, because of the Rosacea. I also had a lot of small busted blood vessels on the apples of my checks, on my nose and at the entrance of my nostrils. Some of those were because I'd try to get black-heads out and would end up popping the capillaries. I actually saw it happen once. The reason I've given you this history of how it used to be is because I've had two IPL Photo Facial Rejuvenation treatments over the last few weeks. The first one, Melissa was conservative, because I am fair skinned and she wanted to ensure I'd do well with the treatments. Over the next 17 days, between my first and second treatment, I noticed my pores were smaller, the blood vessels on my nose were lighter, the overall appearance of my skin was brighter and my nose felt less bulbous. A doctor I had never been to before asked me how old I was and commented on my youthful glow! I was stunned! Stunned! It has been so many years since anyone has complemented me on my complexion. I was so excited to go to my second session, because I had done so well with the first one. I'm writing this one day after my second session, and already I can tell how well it did. I'm so excited to see how well it improves over the next few weeks. Melissa used a stronger setting and did more pulses (if that's the term). She even went over some of my sun spots, that had looked like large freckles on my cheeks. I can't express enough how pleased I am with the two results and feel confident that if the redness doesn't go away completely a few more treatments will do the trick. If you have Rosacea, this is the treatment that creams and pills can't give you!!!! Believe me, I've tried them all.
