A newly upgraded salon tucked away in a Salon Suites in the super convenient location of Towne Lake, Rose and Belle offers the full range of services, with fantastic results, at reasonable prices. It's a cozy atmosphere and you receive a lot of 1:1 attention that you don't always get at bigger salons. Jenn does a fantastic job with highlights and styling. Her personality is just as warm and bright as my highlights. I highly recommend Rose and Belle!

Unprofessional!! I have been seeing Jenn for 2+ years. She did a great job on my blonde and hair cuts. I thanked her and praised her work each time. The last time I saw her for color, I told Jenn my toner looked different from my last appointment. It clearly did, but didn't look "bad" as I expressed to Jenn - I could tell she was super offended.Then she starts blaming me. “Are you taking medicine? “No” then it was my hormones from having a baby. I said, “She’s 7 months old and last time 8 weeks ago and previous appointments my hair looked great” LOL she was pulling every possible card because she couldn’t dare make a mistake.She said she could fix on another day. I texted Jenn 20 minutes after leaving the salon if I could come in for her to put a different toner on my hair. She told me to find another hairdresser and reimbursed me!?What's crazy is I never complained because I had no reason and I certainly wouldn’t keep coming back for 2 years. She has emotional problems. Everyone should feel comfortable with their hairdresser to speak freely.HEADS UP...if you don't like your color/cut get ready for the boot! Insane you can't have your own opinion about your hair without hurting her ego. No way would I recommend Jenn at Belle Salon. i got her information from a very reputable styist that Ive known for years. i wanted to have my 14 year old daughter's hair colored. Jenn told me $350, then immediately asked me for a yes or no answer which I thought was pushy. I also thought the price was a little high but was still considering. However, I asked her a few qualifying questions that she didnt respond to. After no response, I decided to look elsewhere. then Jenn text me and told me how good she was, and that I was a problem seemingly because I didn't schedule with her right away. After a few texts back and forth, I told her that I was not happy with her and not to message me again. Well, again she messaged me threatening the police, as if she has no limits. No way would ever I do business with her.
