My teenage baseball player not only works out, but is also learning the reasoning behind the process. (i.e., why?). He works with his trainer (Jackson) to adjust based on his week's games, school, and practices. They talk about nutrition, stretching, and how to maintain his overall health. This is the second workout facility we have visited and we prefer Rapid more because they take into account the individual athlete and his/her specific needs. It is not a set program or template...they adjust constantly.
My Son has been going for the last 9 weeks. He has gotten stronger and faster. Thank you Johnny for working with my son. I would definitely recommend this program. We look forward to this after spring and fall ball again.
This place is really helping my back issues. Jonny Slutzky is a fantastic trainer and works with you directly to ensure you do the exercises properly. Everyone is very friendly too, great atmosphere. Pretty close to the interstate which is a huge plus.
