Justin came out late last night after hours after I called their company about my downstairs AC not running. Justin arrived quickly, found the issue and diagnosed it as a bad outdoor capictor (Forgive my spelling!). He didn`t have that one on hand at the time but was able to combine two to get me up and running that night so my children can actually sleep! (It was 89 in the house!). He arrived first thing in the morning with the part that was made for it, and it is still running great! I am eternally grateful for Premium Home Solutions with the amount of customer service and expertise they provide. Justin and crew were very responsive and got out to our house on short notice. We were having issues with our Blu-ray player and surround sound. They did a thorough inspection all while asking good questions. Our problem was that we needed to replace the Blu-ray player. They were very courteous and would not take the money offered for their time. I’d highly recommend anyone to reach out to Justin and will in the future myself.
