I had a whole house (24 windows/sliding door) replacement. The beginning sales meeting with Allen Seymour was no-pressure and very informative. The quality of the products and competitive prices are fantastic, and the quality and care of installation was EXCEPTIONAL. Steve and the crew carefully removed, replaced and reclad ALL surrounding rotted trim and sills. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, timely - I highly recommend their products and services.
If you are in the Atlanta area and plan to replace your home windows, get an estimate from Pinnacle. Their windows are at least as good as those frequently advertised on TV, probably better, and the price is just a fraction of those advertised. I made the arrangements through Dennis Williams, absolutely no pressure, just provided every bit of information I needed and let his product sell itself. I was especially fortunate because Robert came out for accurate measurements once I ordered the windows and he also led the installation team. I can not say enough good about Robert. He is professional in every way, expert at the installation as well as at resolving any issues that arise (water damage under an exterior door and window for example.) The rest of his installation team were to a man absolutely terrific. Robert's brother Kevin, Steve and his son Nathan could not possibly be beat by any other team, Pinnacle or otherwise. Installation is really important for windows and doors so I highly recommend Pinnacle and if you can get them, you will be thrilled if the ones above install them for you. J Swanson
