Ms. Victoria was kind and accommodating. Amidst a busy back to school schedule, she took intentional time to cut my son's hair. Using her knowledge, she gave him the cut he wanted while adapting it to his hair type and his needs. We've been having a hard time finding a salon for him since we left his first salon, and I think we've found our spot with Ms. Victoria

Stylist: Ms. Victoria & Ms. Erika are always so wonderful! They are kind, calm, and most importantly- they listen to the request. They talk about hair health & happily answer all questions. Couldn't be happier here!

Pigtails & Crewcuts is amazing! We went in not knowing it was appt based, they were so nice scheduled an appt for us and even gave my little girl some goodies to take home. Upon arriving for the appt, we were quickly greeted and the haircut experience was awesome. So quick and my daughter loved it. It was her first hair cut and they made her feel at ease. So satisfied and will definitely be back and refer all of my friends!

Update: we still come to pigtails and crew cuts and now bring our son! They both do great and love the ladies here. I recommend this place to all of my friends!

Yesterday I took my son to get a haircut and we left there very upset. I have been a customer at the Pigtails salon for almost 5 years and the last two times I left upset. The first time I was embarrassed was because I was about 5 minutes late, that's it. She already made the hairdresser wait on us impatiently, but I didn't complain because I was late. This week I booked an appointment but when I realized I wouldn't be able to get there on time I tried to cancel, but my friends the app wasn't working (the hairdresser told me) and so I couldn't cancel but I booked another appointment for the next day, we arrived about 15 minutes early we were seen 20 minutes later than scheduled and when it was time to pay she charged me for the time that was not cancelled. I explained to her that I had tried to cancel but hadn't been able to, she told me that the app wasn't working. Yes, my friends, the application was not working and I had to pay because the application was not working to cancel.

Terrible service. Barbers are completely rude and don't want to work. Supposedly "kid friendly." Rude to the parents and don't even engage with the children. PLEASE don't waste your money or time here. They need to be out of business.

My son got sick on day of appt and I had the courtesy to call ahead and let them know that I had to pick him up from daycare , and they probably don’t want the bug he has. Lady told me there was a broken appt fee. That’s fine and I was willing to take that. The whole haircut amount would be the fee. WTH. I’m in healthcare and we don’t even do that. I also go to a high end salon for myself and they don’t even do that. Especially, not on a first time offense. The “ rules” don’t even show on their horrible website. Bad link and leads to Roswell location anyway.

Update: I never got charged so it’s fair to change their rating . They did a good job with my kid when he did go there .
