He works with his trainer (Jackson) to adjust based on his week's games, school, and practices. They talk about nutrition, stretching, and how to maintain his overall health. This is the second workout facility we have visited and we prefer Rapid more because they take into account the individual athlete and his/her specific needs. It is not a set program or template...they adjust constantly.“

Over the years he has done speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. We have seen several different therapists, as some have moved or started families, and I have never been disappointed with any of their treatments with my son. Hearts and Hands is great at communicating and working with insurance and medicaid. They never let services lapse or put extra responsibility on the parents to coordinate with insurance or doctors.
