We recently had new toilets installed and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The plumber was punctual, professional, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The installation was quick, clean, and hassle-free. They even cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

We had a plumber out to address a leak and he was less than willing to address the problem due to the difficulty. I called NP and the same day I had my lines capped while we waited for parts. After the parts were delivered, NP was back out within 48 hours to get it installed. Friendly service, fair pricing. Highly recommend!
