“Professional and kind staff! Check-in with the front desk ladies was smooth and they were so nice and I enjoyed chatting with them! My Intake Rep Dakota was a real sweetheart. She took her time explaining the process and answering my questions. The Lab Techs were super friendly! Lab Tech Deb drew my blood and did a phenomenal job. I’m just waiting to see if I qualify for the trial study I signed up for, but if not, I still had one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve had in years. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and had a smile on their face! Looks like a fun friendly place to work!“
