I had a Great experience yesterday at Great Clips Towne Lake Parkway location. The wait was not that long and the hair stylists there are always so friendly and polite. Gail is very professional and friendly. She joins in with conversation and encouraged me as I am going through some health issues. I love how she cuts my hair, my hair is very thin and she cuts it in many layers to give me more volume. Very kind and personable. I walk with a cane and she helped me with walking out as I was leaving. Love Great Clips, I’ve been coming to this location for years. Ive been to several different salons in Woodstock over the years and none compare to the service you get at this Great Clips location. I feel like family when I'm here. Nita cut my hair today and you can just tell how much she loves her job. She made today's experience that much more special.
